01Purpose
SayTake publishes practical communication education that helps readers prepare their own words. Content should provide a direct answer, a usable structure, realistic examples, and clear limits. It must not present a universal script as the only correct response.
02Editorial ownership
Pages are published by the SayTake Editorial Team. We do not invent named experts, credentials, testimonials, research findings, or usage statistics. When qualified external review is added, the reviewer and scope of review should be identified on the page.
03Sources
Guides prefer primary or institutionally maintained sources. Source links are included when an external framework, safety recommendation, or factual claim materially informs the page. Sources are not used to imply endorsement of SayTake.
04AI-assisted drafting
AI may assist outlining, translation, consistency checks, or first drafts. Publication remains an editorial decision. Content is checked for unsupported claims, fabricated citations, unsafe overreach, and consistency with the product's actual capabilities.
05Product claims
Published descriptions must match the live product. SayTake analyzes approved transcripts. It does not claim to retain or analyze audio in the current version, and it does not claim to measure personality, emotion, confidence, pronunciation, tone, or body language.
06Safety and scope
The content is educational, not therapy, crisis care, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional support. Pages discussing conflict or boundaries should not imply that better wording can make an unsafe person or situation safe.
07Updates and corrections
Substantive pages display a review date. We update content when product behavior, source material, or material wording changes. Correction requests can be sent to support@saytake.com with the page URL and the specific issue.
08Language versions
English and Polish pages are localized for meaning, not only translated word for word. Examples may differ when a direct translation would sound unnatural or change the communication intent.
